Clear starting prices for implementation, support, and additional services — with final scope defined after Discovery.
Starting From prices are public budget guidance, not a Proposal or guaranteed scope. Every final request is reviewed by VA Pro Studio.
Initial Managed Service uses monthly billing with a 12-month commitment. Annual prepayment is not offered at signing. Starting in month 6, months 13–24 may be prepaid for the price of 10 months at the monthly rate effective on the payment date.

Custom business systems are not priced by the number of pages or screens alone.
The cost is driven by the complexity of the operation the system has to support.
A project becomes more complex when it involves multiple workflows, different user roles, data migration, external integrations, customer-facing portals, custom applications, reporting, automation, permission boundaries, or several business locations.
Existing systems also matter.
If useful infrastructure already exists and can be retained, the implementation may require less work. If customer data is fragmented, existing tools cannot integrate cleanly, or important workflows have never been formally defined, more discovery and development may be required.
This is why VA Pro Studio publishes Starting From figures rather than pretending that every service business needs the same package. The public prices provide a realistic budget threshold. Discovery determines the actual scope.
Implementation pricing covers more than the visible interface.
A working business system may require process mapping, system architecture, data structure, permissions, integrations, customer-facing and internal workflows, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and the work required to make those pieces operate together.
The website or dashboard is only the part the user sees.
The value of the implementation is in the operating logic behind it: how an inquiry becomes a customer record, how information moves through the business, who is allowed to see or change it, how client-facing information stays separated from internal work, and how the system can be maintained after launch.
That is why two systems that look similar on a screen can require very different amounts of work underneath. VA Pro Studio prices the implementation around the system that has to function, not simply the number of pages that need to be designed.
VA Pro Studio offers two different ownership and operating models because not every business wants to manage its technology the same way.
With Managed Service, VA Pro Studio continues to operate and support the system after implementation. Infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, and the selected support relationship remain part of the ongoing service.
This model is designed for businesses that want the system to function as managed infrastructure rather than becoming responsible for day-to-day technical operations themselves.
The Core License is different.
It is intended for a business that wants a broader internal-use license and a defined handoff of the designated client-layer source, configuration, documentation, and transfer assistance. Support can still be purchased, but it is not tied to the same Managed Service operating model.
The right choice depends on how much technical ownership and operational responsibility the business wants to carry internally.
It is the lowest figure the package has been delivered at, published so you can tell whether the range fits your budget. It is not a quote and does not fix scope.
How much already exists and can be reused, how many workflows have to be modeled, how much data has to be migrated, and how many people and locations the system serves. Discovery is where those become concrete.
It is $600 up front and is credited in full toward implementation, so it adds nothing to the total if the project goes ahead.
40% at start with the Discovery credit applied, 30% at the staging milestone, and 30% after final acceptance and before launch. Each one is invoiced separately and paid externally.
Under Managed Service, yes: a plan is selected and confirmed in the portal before launch, with a 12-month monthly commitment starting in the launch month. With a Core License it is optional and can be added later.
Required third-party operating services and their current known billing models are listed before you accept a proposal. Where practical those providers bill you directly, and their prices are not ours to guarantee.
The figures above are for budgeting. A figure for your operation follows the questionnaire and Discovery, and nothing is charged before you accept a written proposal.
