Data Consent

Effective date: September 7, 2026

This page explains exactly what you agree to when you create an account with VA Pro Studio, and how to change your mind.

1. What you consent to when you register

By creating an account you agree that we may:

1. Store your email address (and name, if provided) to create and secure your account and let you sign in through Google.
2. Store the business information you enter in the onboarding questionnaire and use it to scope and deliver your project.
3. Contact you by email about your account, your project, invoices, security, and support. These are service messages and are part of providing our services; they are not marketing.

That is all. Registration does not enroll you in any newsletter, marketing list, SMS program, or third-party service.

2. Optional communications

From time to time we may want to send updates about new services, features, or offers. We will send these only if you have opted in, either at registration or later in your account settings. Each such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing us.

As of the effective date above, we do not send any automated notification or marketing emails. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent before sending anything beyond service messages.

We do not send SMS or text messages and will not do so without separate, explicit consent.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your data to train AI models or build advertising profiles.
• We do not share your information with your competitors or other clients.

4. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

• adjusting your communication preferences in your account (where available), or
• emailing vaprostudio.nc@gmail.com with the subject "Withdraw consent."

Withdrawing consent to optional communications does not affect your account. Withdrawing consent to storing your account data means we will close your account and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 5).
