A 60-day warranty starts at final acceptance. Support plans are Essential at $490 per month with up to 2 hours, Growth at $990 with up to 8 hours, and Partner at $1,490 with up to 10 hours. Under Managed Service a plan is selected and confirmed before launch.

Defects in accepted scope during the warranty period are fixed without consuming support hours. Other work is covered by the included hours on your plan, or billed at $120 per hour once those are used, and never billed after the fact without prior approval.

No. Discovery evaluates the tools, data, and workflows already in place. Some systems may remain exactly where they are. Others may be integrated into the connected environment, while tools that create unnecessary duplicate work may be replaced. The goal is not to remove third-party software for its own sake. The goal is to reduce fragmentation and build a system that works around the actual operation of the business.
