Initial Managed Service використовує monthly billing із 12-місячним commitment. Annual prepayment не пропонується під час підписання. Починаючи з 6-го місяця, місяці 13–24 можна передплатити за ціною 10 місяців за monthly rate, чинним на дату оплати.

Додаткові послуги

Hourly support зараз становить $120/hour і може змінитися для майбутніх замовлень. Required third-party operating services and current known billing models are listed separately before Proposal approval. Client-paid providers bill the client directly where practical.

Why custom system pricing varies

Custom business systems are not priced by the number of pages or screens alone.

The cost is driven by the complexity of the operation the system has to support.

A project becomes more complex when it involves multiple workflows, different user roles, data migration, external integrations, customer-facing portals, custom applications, reporting, automation, permission boundaries, or several business locations.

Existing systems also matter.

If useful infrastructure already exists and can be retained, the implementation may require less work. If customer data is fragmented, existing tools cannot integrate cleanly, or important workflows have never been formally defined, more discovery and development may be required.

This is why VA Pro Studio publishes Starting From figures rather than pretending that every service business needs the same package. The public prices provide a realistic budget threshold. Discovery determines the actual scope.

What the implementation price is paying for

Implementation pricing covers more than the visible interface.

A working business system may require process mapping, system architecture, data structure, permissions, integrations, customer-facing and internal workflows, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and the work required to make those pieces operate together.

The website or dashboard is only the part the user sees.

The value of the implementation is in the operating logic behind it: how an inquiry becomes a customer record, how information moves through the business, who is allowed to see or change it, how client-facing information stays separated from internal work, and how the system can be maintained after launch.

That is why two systems that look similar on a screen can require very different amounts of work underneath. VA Pro Studio prices the implementation around the system that has to function, not simply the number of pages that need to be designed.

Managed Service or Core License

VA Pro Studio offers two different ownership and operating models because not every business wants to manage its technology the same way.

With Managed Service, VA Pro Studio continues to operate and support the system after implementation. Infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, and the selected support relationship remain part of the ongoing service.

This model is designed for businesses that want the system to function as managed infrastructure rather than becoming responsible for day-to-day technical operations themselves.

The Core License is different.

It is intended for a business that wants a broader internal-use license and a defined handoff of the designated client-layer source, configuration, documentation, and transfer assistance. Support can still be purchased, but it is not tied to the same Managed Service operating model.

The right choice depends on how much technical ownership and operational responsibility the business wants to carry internally.
